Abstract |
The article tries to integrate mythical images of Taoism, and then make a systematic creative interpretation of them. At first, make the correspondence of mythical images with Taoism’s philosophy. On the other hand, I want to combine metaphoric subjects of mythical images and construct their developmental and dialectical relationship, such as ontology, cosmogony, return of practice, and perfect style. The dialectical process of metaphoric subjects is a representation of spiritual consciousness, which is movement from the beginning of chaos to the differential mind, and then return to the mystical consciousness, which finally unites the chaos and differential mind together. That is to say, the dialectical process of mythical images can translate as: origin, development, return, and perfection of consciousness. |
